About Me
I describe myself as a global nomad. Originally from Argentina, I have lived in five different countries and have called the UK home for almost two decades.
These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it means to adapt to change, navigate uncertainty, and find a sense of belonging in new environments.
These transitions sparked my interest in emotional wellbeing and led me to pursue a career in counselling. Wherever I have lived, I have been actively involved in community volunteer work, which has strengthened my belief in the importance of connection, empathy, and resilience.
As a counsellor, I bring a compassionate, culturally informed, and person-centred approach to my work.
I am passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, walking in nature, and using regular exercise as a way to find peace and balance.
Qualifications
My professional training took place at the Metanoia Institute, where I obtained a Clinical Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from Middlesex University.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to its ethical framework, ensuring that our work together is grounded in integrity, respect, and care.
I continue to develop my professional skills through ongoing training in areas such as diversity, neurodiversity, and (IFS) Internal Family Systems.
